I still haven't heard back from my cleint this week. I think he is out of the office and will return next week but that is to late for my needs. I think the site turned out well for someone who is learning as he goes. I look forward to seeing what everyone comes up with. I think this class is a challenge for all of us. It has been a unique learning experience for me. I now have a strong desire to learn more softwware and when I read text on the web I understand the thinking of the writer.

problems

I had some problems trying to upload my site to the IUPUI server. I thought it would be easier because I didn't have ant problem using godaddy the first time. Live and learn I guess. I look forward to learning more about website building via lynda.com. I still have a lot to learn but I am making progress.

The site is ready to go up at this point Iam not sure about when are clients are suppose to respond to them. I think I ll be writing the Instructor this week. This has been a challenge I think I have aquired carpo tunnel syndrome from all the typeing and navigating

I am wondering if anybody is starting to fell the presure like I am. With only two weeks left to go it seems as if time is the flying. I downloaded a lot of images this week. I plan to put the source on them in small type. I am no tsure is this is anough but it will have to do for now. I have never posted to the IUPUI server before so I need to figure that out. I plan to post more unofficial entries this week and respond to more forums. I was out of town this pact weekend so I am a little behind.

I'm so glad the quizzes have finally come to an end. I had a lot of trouble with the wording of a lot of the questions. They for some reason seemed to not want to ask a direct question. I hope they change them in the future to something like, the house is blue. What color is the house? That would seem to be more in line with what the class is trying to teach us anyway.
I've decided to make a lot of changes to my initial pages. They were way to wordy and hard to follow. I'm trying to use more images, but I am not sure if we are allowed to use them legally. I thought things were going well but now I feel a little pressed for time.

I get the feeling that there is no perfect way to set up ones meta-info. I think it is probably best to try and keep it simple. I have changed mine on the initial project a few times and it has gone up in rank but I am not sure if that is because it would have anyway. It seems that the book devotes a lot a time to this. It must be pretty important. I worry about the spam issue. It seems that once you get taged as spam your toast.

I am having some problem with communicating with my client lately. It seems as if he has fallen of the face of the planet. Initial contact was good and it appeared that my contract would be signed early and that I would be on my way with the project but there has been no response this week and I am starting to worry that he has changed his mind. I think I should go ahead and get going but if he fails to send the contract it is all for nothing.
